How much is shipping? 

Shipping prices are determined by the shipping service you select and by the weight of your package. For U.S. orders, shipping prices are calculated by USPS rates. For international orders, shipping prices are calculated by either USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on which service you choose. 

 

Do you ship internationally? To Canada? India? Iran? UAE? Everywhere else? 

Yes! We ship EVERYWHERE! If you are sending to the U.S., you can receive free shipping by purchasing a subtotal of $29.99 or more! 

 

Can I purchase in a different currency? 

Yes! There is a drop down menu at the bottom of the home page where you can choose from over 8 different currencies. 

  

Do you offer refunds/exchanges? 

No. Due to sanitization and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds/exchanges. Items purchased are final sale.

 

Will I receive a confirmation email or a tracking number? 

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. You will also be notified with a tracking number once your package has been sent out.

 

How long does shipping take? 

For most U.S. orders, orders are processed and packaged within 1-2 business days. It then takes about 5-7 business days for the package to arrive to you. Some customers have even received their packages sooner! For international orders, it takes 1-2 business days to process, and estimated delivery times can vary. *Please Note* Once you are provided with a tracking number, we are no longer reliable for any stolen/ lost packages or customs fees. We do not have access to your parcel once it has been shipped. Please contact your local post office for any concerns about your shipped package. 

 

Is GlazedKisses COVID-19 safe? 

Yes! We prioritize taking the necessary precautions to ensure your safety. We wear the proper safety equipment at all times. We also double-sanitize all of our work stations and products before and after shipping them out to our customers.
